No. Since 2023, Citrix has sold through its partner channel, so Citrix licenses are bought and renewed through an authorized Citrix partner such as Altanora.
Citrix Fusion Resell partners (formerly Citrix Solution Advisors) resell Citrix subscriptions and deliver services. Citrix Fusion Service Providers (formerly Citrix Service Providers) deliver Citrix on a monthly, consumption basis. Altanora holds Platinum status in both, and is also a Citrix Preferred Services Partner.

Yes. Citrix platform subscriptions include cloud and on-premises rights, so you can move to the cloud gradually or run a hybrid deployment alongside your existing environment.

You're billed at the end of each month for the licenses you actually used. For example, 756 users in January means a February invoice for 756 licenses, and 602 users in February means a March invoice for 602.
Citrix has renamed several products: Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops is now Citrix DaaS Local, Citrix DaaS is Citrix DaaS Cloud, Secure Private Access is Citrix SecurAccess ZTNA, Unicon and eLux are Citrix UniconOS, uberAgent is Citrix Experience Insights, deviceTRUST is becoming Citrix Device Posture, and Secure Developer Spaces is Citrix SecurSpaces. Citrix Platform Flex, launched in May 2026, is a credit-based way to license Citrix services on Citrix-managed cloud infrastructure built on Microsoft Azure. You buy a pool of Flex credits and allocate them by user persona across services such as Citrix DaaS Flex, Experience Insights, SecurSpaces and SecurAccess with Chrome Enterprise.
