No. Since 2023, Citrix has sold through its partner channel, so Citrix licenses are bought and renewed through an authorized Citrix partner such as Altanora.

You're billed at the end of each month for the licenses you actually used. For example, 756 users in January means a February invoice for 756 licenses, and 602 users in February means a March invoice for 602.

Yes. Citrix Cloud Government, Citrix's U.S. government environment, holds a FedRAMP Moderate authorization, first granted in April 2022.
