What Are Citrix Funded Pro Services?
Citrix Funded Pro Services are professional services that Citrix pays for, in part or in full, through the Citrix Partner Services Incentive (CPSI). CPSI is part of the Citrix Fusion Partner Program. Citrix invests in eligible, partner-delivered projects that drive measurable use of Citrix technology, such as migrations, new product rollouts and persona analysis.
You work with a qualified Citrix partner. Altanora defines the outcomes and milestones, submits the funding request, and delivers the work once Citrix approves it. Citrix pays Altanora directly for the approved scope. Funding is always subject to Citrix approval.

How Citrix Funding Works
Three steps from idea to a Citrix-funded project, with no work starting until Citrix has said yes.
1. Assess and scope
Altanora reviews your environment and goals, then writes a scope of work with clear outcomes, milestones and the funding amount requested.
2. Citrix approval
Citrix's Account Technology Strategist and Solution Architect review the request. It must be approved before any work begins.
3. Deliver and confirm
We deliver in Plan, Build and Delivery milestones. You confirm the outcomes were achieved, and Citrix pays Altanora for the approved scope.

What is CPSI?
CPSI stands for Citrix Partner Services Incentive. It's part of the Citrix Fusion Partner Program, and it lets Citrix fund eligible professional services delivered by qualified Citrix partners when a project drives measurable use of Citrix technology.
How much of the project will Citrix pay for?
It depends on the project. Citrix sets and approves the funding for each scope of work, and it can cover part or all of the eligible services. Altanora tells you upfront what's covered and what, if anything, remains.
Which projects qualify?
Projects that increase your use of the Citrix platform, such as Citrix UniconOS rollouts, persona analysis with Citrix Experience Insights, Citrix SecurAccess with Chrome Enterprise, Citrix Device Posture, NetScaler and F5 migrations, XenServer, Citrix SecurSpaces, and Citrix Platform Flex or Omnissa Horizon migrations.
Is funding guaranteed?
No. Every request is reviewed and approved by Citrix before work begins. Altanora's experience with 26+ funded projects and proposals helps us scope requests that meet Citrix's guidelines.
Are there any requirements on our side?
You need to be a Citrix customer, and you'll confirm the outcomes at the end of the project. For projects with on-premises Citrix components, Citrix may require those components to be activated under the Citrix License Activation Service (LAS).
Can a Citrix SecurSpaces pilot be funded?
Yes, subject to Citrix approval. Altanora is the only authorized partner in North America to deliver SecurSpaces projects under CPSI.
Who can deliver a Citrix-funded project?
Only qualified Citrix partners that meet Citrix Fusion Partner Program requirements, such as the Citrix Preferred Services Partner designation, can submit and deliver CPSI projects. Altanora is a Citrix Platinum Partner with 26+ active CPSI projects and proposals.
Can Citrix fund a migration from VMware Horizon or F5?
Yes. Omnissa Horizon to Citrix migrations and F5 to NetScaler migrations are among the project types Citrix funds through CPSI, subject to Citrix approval of the scope.
