Appliances × annual support, plus hardware refresh cost spread over the refresh cycle, plus VPN users × cost per user, plus admin time.

2. NetScaler

VPX license (zero when included in UHMC) plus hosting per instance, VPN cost if you keep it, admin time after any reduction, and the managed fee if selected.

3. What it leaves out

Bandwidth, certificates and firewall costs are the same in both columns. Migration cost is one-time and subtracted from the three-year total.
