Security Analyst
The Security Analyst is responsible for designing and implementing incident prevention and detection solutions, analyzing and prioritizing vulnerabilities, administering security tools, and supporting teams in continuously improving processes. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to ensure service quality, staying updated on emerging threats, and contributing to the update of security policies and procedures within an Agile environment.

Responsibilities:
- Propose, implement, and operate technical solutions for information security incident prevention and detection
- Perform required vulnerability analyses and recommend corrective measures
- Prioritize vulnerabilities based on their potential impact on the organization
- Administer security tools to ensure continuous operational readiness
- Collaborate on initiatives to maintain and improve the overall health of security services and vulnerability management processes
- Monitor vulnerability testing across infrastructure and applications
- Provide professional opinions and pragmatic recommendations in line with established standards, policies, and guidelines
- Analyze data and reports to identify underlying trends, significant deviations, and root causes of various issues
- Work collaboratively with team members and other stakeholders to deliver professional activities and outputs
- Support partners/users throughout the delivery process, ensuring service quality
- Actively participate in all team activities (ceremony preparation, Definition of Done, etc.)
- Stay up to date on trends and emerging threats in information security
- Assist the team in updating security policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Excellent French communication skills
- Advanced English skills – capable of leading videoconference meetings and composing emails with English-speaking partners
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Solid understanding of regulatory requirements relevant to business domains, as well as applicable industry frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CISA, etc.) to apply best practices in information security
- Practical knowledge of security concepts such as encryption, logging, monitoring, vulnerability management, cloud security, etc.
- Experience with ServiceNow (integration with the VR module is an asset)
- Familiarity with Agile and SAFe principles, with the ability to apply them effectively in a team setting
- Automation skills are an asset
