IT Recruiter

Your role will involve attracting and recruiting competent and qualified personnel to meet various organizational needs. Specifically, you will be responsible for sourcing through direct approaches on LinkedIn to attract the best talents to join the team.

Responsibilities 

 

  • Develop innovative strategies and identify potential candidates through headhunting on social networks 
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for various technical roles 
  • Create and maintain a pipeline of passive and active candidates 
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews 
  • Schedule interviews with selected candidates and coordinate meetings with various managers 
  • Publish job offers on appropriate platforms, analyze and sort through received applications 
  • Act as a strategic partner by sharing your knowledge of the job market and advising managers throughout the recruitment process 
  • Participate in fairs, job fairs, and networking activities 
  • Coordinate and participate in certain activities related to human resources and administration 

 

Requirements 

 

  • Have a minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, including 1 year in IT profiles 
  • Experience in a recruitment firm (an asset) 
  • Be bilingual French and english, Spanish is an asset 
  • Be results-oriented and enjoy challenges 
  • Have experience in sales (an asset) 
  • Proficient in MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and social networks 
  • Hold a degree in Marketing or Human Resources or another relevant certificate of studies
