Key Responsabilities :

• Deploy and manage Microsoft Intune for device management, including enrollment, configuration, and monitoring of deployment policies and application updates.
• Install and configure complete infrastructures in an MSP environment, ensuring advanced management of Active Directory, SQL, and security through Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Perform in-depth diagnostics (authentication, replication, DNS) and intervene to ensure system continuity and stability.
• Collaborate with project and technical teams by writing technical documents and Scopes of Work in both French and English, while coordinating deployments and project follow-ups.
• Contribute to resolving critical incidents, maintain ongoing technology monitoring, and share knowledge with junior team members, integrating hybrid environments involving various technologies.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managed services (MSP)
• Experience with Microsoft Intune for device and security policy management
• Proficient in Microsoft environments, including Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL, DNS, DHCP, and GPO
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID for identity and access management
• Expertise in Microsoft 365, including management and securing cloud services
• Experience with Microsoft Defender for IT environment protection
• Skills in managing Microsoft Azure infrastructure, including cloud and hybrid services
• Proficient with VMware environments, including vSphere, vCenter, and ESXi, for infrastructure virtualization
