Responsibilities 

 

  • Identify potential customers and prospect for accounts
  • Manage multiple existing accounts ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained
  • Ensure the sale of the various products and services offered by Malicis (service plan, virtual office, DRaaS, IaaS, training, hardware and software)
  • Establish, develop and maintain professional relationships with various clients and partners
  • Ensure a technological watch on the market and recognize business opportunities for the company
  • Collaborate with the Marketing department to define the best possible strategies in terms of future advertisements and promotions
  • Meet Quarterly Quotas and look for opportunities to cross-sell
  • Participate in all relevant business development activities (congresses, conferences)
  • Manage certain aspects related to the buying and selling process; (evaluate supplier proposals and understand customer needs and requirements in order to offer them a suitable product)
  • Participate in the company's documentation effort

 

Requirements 

 

  • Hold a college diploma with a specialization in computer science or a certificate of relevant studies
  • Be bilingual
  • Have 3 years of experience in the field of information technology
  • Have held a position in a similar job
  • Have a valid driver's license and a car
  • Know sales techniques
  • Have knowledge of software licensing models for Citrix, VMware, Microsoft and Veeam products (an asset)
